Those teams also develop new products and research projects, such as cast iron pipe eccentricity, pinholes, moire problem, and also the bending problems for small-caliber cast pipe.

From raw materials to finished products, from production to delivery, we implemented professional equipments to ensure the quality of our products.
a. Raw materials into the factory first needs to pass through the RJ11-type vehicle radiation monitoring equipment DH80CP-P, excessive radiation detection material will not be accepted.
b. When receiving qualified raw materials, analytical laboratory personnel takes sample components (including pig iron, coke, iron alloy, etc.), then the test results will will be transferred to the staff taking care of ingredients.
c. In the smelting process, the fluid has been tested to reach specified temperature before entering the casting workshop.

4. Over 10 years brand and export advantages
The cast iron pipes, of the "QiPa" brand, is designed and produced for the high end oversea markets. In over 10 years, over 95 percent of our products are sold overseas. We started exporting to few countries, and now exporting our products to over 20 countries and regions. At present, our cusomters are from Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United States, Austria, France, Cananda, Australia, India, Malaysia, Singapore and Italy. We received great praise from our customers. Our brand is now a well known branding in China. Through 10 years of efforts in the internal market, we have gain great reputations overseas as well.
5. Efficient production line to ensure the delivery of products.
We have two seven-ton melting furnace, the annual production capacity of which is up to 50,000 tons. With the joint development with Shanxi University of Science and Technology and Institute of Electrical and CITIC, we have created automatic, semi-automatic production line for coating. Great improve of production efficiency has been achieved with this production line. Our factory is very capable of fulfilling large orders.
